For over thirty years, Flaming Wok has been a cornerstone of Madison's east side. What started as a small family kitchen has grown into a neighborhood institution, known for wok-fired dishes that crackle with heat and authenticity. Our Crab Rangoon - a top seller since day one - is stuffed with real crab meat and cream cheese, served alongside our homemade sweet and sour sauce. Every plate leaves our kitchen with the same fire and care that built this place.
